Pedigree

Here comes the boy

Cajun is the third keeper from the Ty x Diana litter. A sweet soul, Cajun showed lovely qualities from the start. He has an extremely smooth headpiece resembling a well-blunted wedge, as called by the standard. His correctly shaped eyes give him an expression that makes your heart melt. His coat is very correct for a collie: it is fitted, dirt and weatherproof and does not mat with weekly brushing.

Cajun is happiest with his people. He is shown sparingly as he would rather enjoy a couch than a grooming table, but we have a lot of fun each time we step in the ring. He finished in December 2022 under respected judge Al Bianchi.

Cajun enjoys hiking and swimming and is affectionately called the “Loch Ness monster” by his owner Paula. He regularly visits staff at his owner’s workplace and will be training to become an official therapy dog.

Cajun is co-owned and co-bred with Lea Bertsch of Scalloway collies and lives permanently with his other co-owner Paula Sanborn.
